I don't like pilsners to begin with, and this one was just too "skunky" for my liking (sorry).

Hazy yellow/golden in color that produced a nice solid white head. The beer gave off a nice citrus and grassy aroma hop aroma...expected a more balanced smell. The taste was very fresh followed the nose...so in my opinion too hoppy for the style of beer, but I still drank it. The beer was smooth, light and easy to drink.

First had: on tap at TH

I pretty much don't like pilsners at all. This however, was mighty tasty. Technically labeled as a "keller pilsner."

Slightly hazy golden-yellow pour with a frothy white head that receded to a ringlet, leaving nice lacing on the glass. Crisp, clean aroma, pils malts, grass, grapefruit and lemon. Upon tasting, there's no doubt that this is a pilsner, with a definite grainy pils maltiness coming through, crisp hops soon taking over, flavors of grass, grapefruit and lemon zest. Actually very close to a pale ale profile, which--for me, at least--was a good thing, but with that smooth lagery sweetness ever present. Light body, but full of crisp zesty flavor, tremendously drinkable.
