First had: on tap at TH

Hazy golden-yellow pour with a dense cap of frothy white head; good retention and lacing. Nice aroma of fresh citrusy hops, emphasis on grapefruit, grassy, biscuity malt background. Again, a good amount of grapefruit and citrusy hops, peach, grass, and a balance of sweet Honey Nut Cheerio malts. No doubt of this being an APA and not an IPA, and though the hoppage was fresh and generous, I think the malts took a slight edge when all was said and done. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, easily drinkable. Nice.

On tap @ Tired Hands yesterday, had a full 16oz pour of this one. If you liked "The Light That Spills..." you'll probably like this as well, as I thought the beers were somewhat similar, except this one has grapefruit instead of clementines.

Pours a very pale yellow with a two finger white head. Smell is grapefruit and fresh hops, but neither one overpowers the other. Taste follows the nose - grapefruit, citrus hops, and fruity notes. VERY drinkable, could've had way more than one pour if I wasn't the driver for the day. Overall, another excellent APA from the guys at Tired Hands. 96/100.
