From 09/05/13 notes. Had on tap at the brewpub.
a - Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with two inches of bright white head and moderate carbonation evident.
s - Smells of basil, spices, floral hops, light citrus hops, fruits, wheat, and pepper. NIce nose, lots of spices to it.
t - Tastes of spice, fruity malts, earthy notes, basil, veggies, peppers, and light citrus hops. Follows the nose closely, lots of spice and hops mixing together.
m - Medium body and low carbonation. Pretty easy to drink.
o - Overall a decent spiced saison. The basil and spices come through a lot, and mix with the citrus and floral hops. Personally not my favorite TH beer but worth checking out once.

Pours a hazy very pale yellow with a creamy medium white head. Aroma has nice herbal notes and grapefruit...the basil plays very nicely here. Flavor also showcases the basil very pleasantly and hints at citrus rind and a touch of pepper. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry and rindy/peppery/basil. Very refreshing and perfect for the season.

thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this, enjoyed chilled from the growler in a goblet.
The color is straw gold with moderate haziness and two finger white cap with a tight bead and lace sticks. Smells of yeast with slight spice -anise and mild floral aroma with mild citrus tinge and a fine pepper for good measure. The feel is very good with some mild creamy and moderately high carbonation with slight tangy yeast in the finish and minty herbal quality.
The flavor is great, zesty with a subtle spice element and light citrus rind astringency with a mild herbal flavor with tangy yeast bringing some light acidity to the subltle malt backbone and a mellow grapefruit-like bitter in the lightly spicy finish. Overall this is a decent saison, a nice amount of yeast and spice to enhance the beer that is quenching and full of flavor for the strength.

A- slightly hazed gold, good head, strong laces (a friend with a 4 oz portion had an almost champagne clarity in appearance)
S- fruit, slight grain, herbal notes (Holy Basil?)
T- full flavored fruity, spicy, floral, citrus with slight hop
M- refreshing, flavorful, clean, simple
O- TH refers to it as a "spiced saison" - at. 4.2% abv it truly is "table beer" and I bought a growler for the table at home.
