Brewery notes:

Berliner Weisse. 4.0% Brewed with wheat. A very light and super tart interpretation of this classic German style.

-Notes of white grape, lemon zest, doughy wheat malt, and sunshine forever.

End notes:

Just too tart for me. Still very smooth clean taste like the rest of their beers.

Thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this liter w/me, enjoyed chilled in a teku.

The color is golden, with light haze and soda pop white cap which falls quickly. The smell is slightly sour with a a light lactic scent with some mild wheat malt esters. The feel is tart, tangy and has a moderately high carbonation with mostly dry finish.

The taste has a puckering sourness up front but has a fruity lemony flavor which is a nice mixture of sweet wheat and sour with a mild juiciness and dry flavor as it finishes. Overall this is a great beer in the sense of the style and drinkability wise the strength is appropriate and it doesn't have the funk of some others it is pretty quenching too.
