If this beer was made in New England it'd be highly sought. Instead it's made in the desert, the painted landscape of old natural 'Merica as its backdrop- it's damn good and it'd be best if you could get at it in cases!

Cloudy gold with foamy, white head. Grapefruit and tangerine dominate the smell, incredibly fresh scent. Smooth, delicious taste. Notes of pine and just the right amount of hops, but a very smooth drinking IPA. Terrific beer, my new favorite Arizona beer.

Citrus, Floral, Earthy, Balance

Hazy gold in color, Tower Station introduces itself with a massive fluffy head that lasts forever. Dried citrus fruits, floral notes and a trace of grass show up in the nose. Malty with a sweet orange-iness that's slightly juicy and chewy, Mother Road’s year-round IPA also has herbal and earthy undertones that linger into the finish alongside a dry doughiness. Hop flavors of pine and grapefruit pith seem to stick to the palate, too. Overall, this is good IPA that’s defined by its balance and distinctive flavor.

As reviewed in BeerAdvocate magazine #111 (April 2016).

Pours copper-orange with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good, with fair lacing left behind. Aroma is a pleasant mix of pine, resin, citrus, and dank hops, with pale, and biscuit malts. Lovely old school combo. Flavor profile is resin, citrus, and pine hops. The citrus hops play first chair, with resin, and pine playing 2nd and 3rd fiddle respectively. Pale, and biscuit malts present throughout, tethering the slightly bitter hops to a firm foundation. Mouth feel is medium in thickness, with a crisp, velvety feeling. Overall, a smooth sipper that delivers on the more old school, and west coast style of the IPA. It's well balanced, and tasty through and through.

Served in a 12oz snifter from a 16oz can.

Hazy bright golden color. Aromas of tangerine and pineapple. Pilsner malt really balances this one out. Flavors of grapefruit peel and pine. Very smooth. Medium bodied.

Best IPA that I have found in Phoenix. Very similar to the Vermont IPAs. This will be a staple on my trips west for sure!

From a 16oz can with a pull top. Smells like orange and tangerine to me, very citusy. A tasty IPA, it has plenty of hops from start to finish. A solid beer.

Had on at Tucson Airport / Noble Hops bar. Attractive and super smooth IPA. Even at @7% abv... it’s a pleasant sessionable sipper. Lightly burnt gold with creamy foamy head. Head dissipates quickly but lacing is excellent. Remarkably clear; almost lager like. Beer served cold and nose subdued. Pleasant but minimal. Warming didn’t help. Nothing stood out like taste did. Full Tangerine citrus; noticeable hop bitterness but softened and sweetened with pineapple. Delicious! Very smooth mouthfeel. Draft beer the way it should be. Carbonation bright enough to be refreshing but light enough to not burn or distract taste. Very nice.
A very good overall IPA that I would enjoy anytime... but could be a great summer sipper. Well crafted!

Pours a very cloudy yellow orange with a solid foamy head and decent lacing. Smells of hops, orange peel, pine, and maybe some grapefruit with a little floral mix. Taste is great, full hops flavor with a nice interlacing of citrus to blend this one into a perfect beer. The finish is fantastic, very light dryness and lingering citrus leave you going back for more. This is a great beer to sip during a game or out by the pool, it is just refreshing and well balanced, cheers.
