A - Clear gasoline yellow. Light finger of head
S - Average for the style. Lightly astringent but much better than adjunct beers.
T - Slightly boring. Flavor is heavily dependent on the malts themselves. Not much hopping or roasting and no esters to speak of
M - The best part of the experience. It is a thick malty beer. They call it light but I'm curious what the calorie level actually it to achieve this mouth feel.
O - This is an ok beer if you're in the mood for something bland and thick. You can pick up a 6pack around these parts for less than $8. I needed some extra bottles for a batch I'm brewing and this was about this same price as buying bottles.

No date on 12 oz bottle poured into teku glass on Nov 3, 3023.
Appearance - Clear pale straw body. Thin to sudsy/soapy white head. Decent to weak lacing. Weak stick. Decent to weak retention.2.5
Smell - Floral. Faint. Not regular floral, more like something like rose. A deep floral, but just a faint hint of it. Actually not bad. But the first whiff was definitely off. Was stale/farty. 3.5
Taste - The weird floral taste carries into the flavor. Maybe some weird extract? Like literal rose flavor? Faint. Also corn. 3.5
Mouthfeel - Light to medium bodied. Mostly clean. 4
Overall - Much better than regular Sapporo. Even though it started with a stale/farty smell. Turn light are rose-like. Not the best... worse than mid. 3.5

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of grains, malts. Taste is very mild, some light grains. Feels light bodied in the mouth and overall is mediocre. I would say it's really no better, or worse, than most beers in this style.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with no bottling or best by date shown. This one is brewed in the USA. Sampled on August 18, 2017.
The look is pale yellow, great clarity, and a quick lasting burst of fizzy white head then nothing.
For a light adjunct this has some aromatic qualities including corn, rice, sweetness, and grassy hops.
The body is thin and watery however.
The taste also brings out a pleasant enough corn and rice sweetness. Not the syrupy kind. With a clean, crisp, and slightly zingy, grassy finish. I/m not a light beer fan but this one is easy to consume.
