I found this gose to be only slightly enjoyable. It's excessively salty and sour. It stands at the bottom of the forty I've tasted.

Slightly hazy lemon yellow with a fizzy head that dissipates quickly.
Fragrant aromas of lemon, plum, and hay.
Big pop of medium-plus sourness, huge amount of lemon followed by intense stone fruit notes of plum and apricot, slight funk, hay, crackery malt, lingering sourness, and subtle sea salt.
Delicious Gose. One of the best I've ever had.

Served On-Tap
A — Pours a hazy lemony yellow color with a bubbly white head that fades and leaves no real lacing behind.
S — Smell is light, grainy, lightly sweet, little bit of a tart lemony overtone.
T — Taste is light and very mild compared to some others in the style. With a lemony light sourness, somewhat grainy base.
M — Light to medium bodied, crisp and clean finish.
O — Good overall, just fairly muted and monotone for the style.

160z draft at TRVE. Good beer but less Gose-like then I'm used to. It's light and with less salt and sour than Gose's I've had previously. Easy drinking beer.
