Pours yellowish and a white head. Aroma starts off with the smokiness but this is followed and nicely cut by some spices and fruity esters of the yeast. Flavor followed suit. A crisp, active somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Overall, not a fan of smoked beers but curiosity forced me to try this, as a smoked saison was not something I was familiar with. Glad to have tried it, it works, but not really a personal fan of this one. Could drink again, but am likely to stick with their other offerings.
