Enjoyed at Tin Man Brewery in Evansville IN on a flash-flood night.

Appears cloudy gold. Light white head in Tin Man snifter.

Nose a little fruity. Not bad. Subtle.

Taste very nice. Light but full of apricot tartness. Easy to drink and very sessionable warm weather brew. I'd compare to a Berliner Weissbier more than a traditional Belgian sour ale, though. Would order this again, for sure.

16oz tallboy can, sample from the brewery.

Pours bright and bubbly golden hued brew, decent retention with the lacing. Subtle apricots, noticeable tartness, & a faint bread grain in the nose. Just enough crispness to liven this brew up, tartness is spot on with a kiss of fruit. Moderate body lets the flavors flow, skin to pit apricot flavors in the middle to end. Very well done, great balance here and the tartness does not go overboard.

10 Oz pour on tap

A: Light gold straw in color with very little head

S: Nice wheat, saline, coriander, and light fruit

T: very well balanced nice light fruit I wouldn't guess apricot but it's light sweetness is well balanced with the saltiness and the coriander.

M: light clean refreshing

O: This is a dynamite beer says it's an "American sour" it definitely drinks like a Gose and a great one at that.

A- Cloudy orangish-brown, thin white head
S- I am getting more sweet than sour. a bit of salivation from the smell. Faint smell of apricots. Not your traditional SOUR vinegar or funk smell
T- Almost like one of those sour Peach Os. Sweet and sour. Starts really sweet, then move to sour and apricot notes. Proceeds to get sour for just a few seconds then disappears.... strange.
F- Medium body, nice carbonation
O- I think sour traditionalist will be disappointed, but a very approachable sour. Like I said in Taste, reminds me of drinkable Peach O candy.

This is everything I want from a summer beer. Sour, but not TOO sour. Fruity, but not saccharine. Perfect!

Split a can with a friend, poured into two snifters.

Pours a clear yellow, with hardly any foam.

Smell is different, semi-sweet apricot, a bit of acid, and some youghurt.

The taste veers more into sweet than sour, and throws in a bit of hoppy bitterness towards the end. The weirdly acidy sweetness gets a ittle overwhelming.

Thin mouthfeel, nice prickly carbonation.

This was a bit of an odd one. I kinda liked it, but glad I splt it, because I don't think I could finish the can by myself. Interesting, if nothing else.

16 ounce can, best before (pull by) date of 09/10/2016 printed on the bottom of the can. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a slightly hazy golden/orange color with about an inch off-white head that didn't stick around for too long. There's a small amount of lacing. The brew smells like apricots and bready/grainy malt. It tastes like apricots, bready/grainy malt, earthiness and some lactic tartness. There's a good amount of sweet and tart flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was an enjoyable sour ale, I'd drink this again in the future. $3.49 for a single can.
