The colour is pale gold; the liquid clear. The two finger head is white and two finger high; it sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is light with sweet notes of French loaf and a touch of fruit candy.
The taste is also light. French loaf, wheat dough, old-fashioned fruit candy. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is sweeter with some bitterness, thick sweetness and light citric bitterness. The finish is a bit harsh with some orange flavours.
The carbonation is light; the many small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is medium smooth.
A very light New World pilsner. At 5.4%, I had expected more.
