Golden Spiral, a unique experiment using Fibonacci numbers to determine the volume and timing of hop additions. Undoubtedly the most complex and audaciously hopped recipe we’ve ever attempted, with thirteen different hop varieties utilised in 21 different hop additions creating a complexity rivalled only in the wonders of nature itself.

Deep amber, light hazy, some sediments, white half inch head.
Ripe mango and sweet caramel, laced with concentrated hops.
Full bodied, hoppy, oily and finish off lengthy with citrus peel and mango (sweet aftertaste).
