Amber copper color with a thin thick beige head with short retention but leaving good laces.
Aroma with predominant notes of toffee and herbal hops.
Flavor with notes of toasted malts, English hops being a bit more herbal than earthy, caramels, toffee, wood, distant cocoa and some dry fruits. Dry and bitter long aftertaste.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Decent ESB with good toffee and English hops notes. Within style boundaries.
