Gas station with 52 beers on tap for growler fills and 100's of bottles. This is my go to place for growler fills. Most are filled for $10. Good bottle selection. They do a good job updating there facebook page with the current tap list and new arrivals of bottles. I only wish they would start serving pints as well

What I love about Norm's is that it has always been a gas station/convenience store, yet grew into much more over the years as the owner's love for craft beer grew. To this day, you would never know what waited on the inside by just driving by. They have somewhere close to 1000 bottle selections, and over 50 beers on tap rotating regularly. They even fill kegs. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable; they've been able to answer most questions I've come up with. They even take requests for ordering beers they don't have. I'm not completely sure how that works, because I've never done it, but I like that it's an option. Also, the fact that it's a gas station means you can fill up your tank and grab some snacks while you're there. Overall, it's a great shop, and I definitely recommend checking it out.

This is an absolutely incredible beer stop. They've pretty much much got it all figured out here at Norm's. They sell kegs to go, they fill growlers, and they have the coolers filled with individual bottles for your mix-a-six. There is a t.v. monitor in one corner that plays old beer commercials (Hamm's bear, Rainier's classics, Oly, Bud, etc). It's just a great place, and almost unique in this neck of the woods. If you are in the greater Puget Sound area, you can't go wrong by detouring a bit to Lk. Stevens!

I walked into Norm's yesterday just thinking it was a gas station, intent on getting some snacks before a semi-pro football game I was attending. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised to walk into a full-on bottle shop with a Pliny the Elder display right up front.

Aside from the beer, Norm's is a gas station and convenience store, so the atmosphere is not like a typical bottle shop. Their selection was quite good, although it wasn't organized in any way that made sense to me. I would say they had about 700 different bottles and cans in stock, with a fair breadth of local and international stuff. I picked up a mixed six in a kindly-provided Norm's beer carrier.

They also do growler fills, and had a list of about 50 different brews available. Plenty of people were in getting fills on that fine Saturday afternoon, so I'm thinking they rotate through quickly enough to provide fresh beer. Service was nice and prompt, although I didn't get much of a chance to scope the employees' knowledgeability.

I have some friends in Lake Stevens, so I will definitely be returning to Norm's in the future.
