Appearance - When I opened the beer, much of it ended up in my lap as the beer was way over-carbonated. when I could finally pour it, the beer poured a brownish-black color with a tan head.
Smell - Sweet coffee is noted in the profile. It is a syrupy sweetness.
Taste - The sweet coffee gives way to the Kahlua presence. The sweetness does not linger as long as it should because of the carbonation. The finish more dry than sweet, which is disappointing after the start.
Mouthfeel- The carbonation is aggressive, which is why several ounces ended up on my shorts.
Overall - Notwithstanding the carbonation, there was a lot to like about this beer.

Poured from a bomber into a snifter glass. Appearance is pitch black with little head. Taste is a plethora of Graham crackers, cold brewed coffee with cream, and cinnamon. There is a hint of heat/spice and little bitterness. Mouthfeel is very thick and creamy with little carbonation. The finish is is surprisingly light making this a fairly drinkable dessert style beer. I wouldn't want to drink this often, but this stout is very enjoyable for the right occasion.
