Canned 11/17/17 at 11.3% abv.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch tan head over a dark, dark brown body with fleeting lacing. Nose of chocolate and roasted malts. Taste follows with additional notes of caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, and a bit of milk chocolate. The abv is very well hidden on this one. Very nice feel and overall, a great Imperial Baltic Porter from Everett, MA. Cheers!

Pours a deep black in color with a finger of rapidly dissipating tan head. Aroma is muted but I get roasted notes, dark malts, and a touch of dark chocolate. Taste hits the same notes as the aroma but with a bit more intensity; the roasty notes are more prominent album the dark malts and chocolate are still there. Good mouthfeel, medium+ body and carbonation. Overall a very good beer, glad I saved this bottle, it's at least as good when I first tried it at the taproom.

This beer pours a rich black color with a nice creamy tan head. The head disapates fairly quickly.
The nose is very complex for me rich dark malts, strong molasses and some dark chocolate.
The taste runs to the earthy overtones for me with chocolate and molasses and to me just a hint of smokiness.
The mouth feel is smooth and even at 10.8% ABV there is no alcohol burn to be found.
Okay I'll admit I'm a big fan of Baltic Porters but this one is really well done and as a straight Baltic porter with no barrel aging thrown in this is me is fairly close to top of the class.

On tap at brewery in shifter.

Pours a dark coffee brown with hazel colored foam head

Smells of chocolate with roasted malts.

Taste of dark chocolate and toffee. Finishes with a roasted bitter coffee flavor.

Nice full body and little carbonation. Feels oily and hearty.

This definitely feels like a meal being drunk. Worthy of the name.
