Real hazy orange pour with big off white head that dissipates quickly. Solid lacing
Smells and tastes of sticky citrus piths, with some breadyalt sweetness.
Feel is medium and carb is just right.
Overall, this is another great Morph from Night Shift.

12oz. can purchased at the brewery on 1/9/16 and served in a shaker pint. Pours a dull, hazy orange with a tight, 1/8th inch bright white head the dissipates into a soapy slick. Thin spots and swaths of lacing are evident during the tasting. Great aromatics - citrus fruit, spice and rind. Taste is a bit more heavier on the spice and rind than the citrus notes. Finishes with a light, earthy bitterness. Great body on this beer - perfect malt balance yields a light-medium body (but closer to light) with a crisp carbonation and a mild acidity. Really quite quaffable, but nothing really stands out for me. Not getting the hype on this one, although the balance is quite good.

12 oz. can
Pours golden yellow with a creamy white foam head. Smells deeply of mango, passionfruit, guava, peach, with mild pine and grass. Tastes like bitter grass and pine, resin, mango, peach, passionfruit, guava, with a mild citrus undertone. Feels light and creamy with low carbonation. Overall a nice, bitter and hoppy tropical flavored IPA.

Pours a slightly hazy very pale orange with a finger of white head, decent retention. Aroma is subdued but lightly tropical. Taste is very tropical, mostly grapefruit, orange, and mango with some candied citrus fruits and a light bitterness. I love the juicy mango upfront but don't love the slightly cloying candied citrus that lingers after the finish. Medium-light body, moderate carbonation. Bottom line: juicy but has a balancing bitterness, interesting, and drinkable.

Canned 12/29 and it's 1/4 so yes, pretty fresh :) picked up from the tap room.
Morph was a bit different than the other Night Shift variants I've had the pleasure to try so far. Poured into a snifter a hazy orange, which is similar and I didn't get much nose on this one though, maybe I just have a weak sense of smell as I had to work hard to get it! The taste is very hop forward and a bitter on the finish, though orange, pineapple and juicy citrus notes are present. The orange really stands out for me, both in color and taste, hiding behind the heavy hop profile.
Overall another solid selection from a solid brewery. I think I enjoyed both one hop series a bit more then this blend of hard hitting hops but maybe I'm just a simple man. Still delicious nonetheless.

Another amazing rotating batch of this. Loving what nightshift is doing these days. Third best brewery in MA behind TH and Trillium IMO. Can't wait to see what else they come up with.

Been a while since I've had an incarnation of Morph. This version is one of the better ones I've tried. Pours a light orange/yellow color. Some pine, citrus and onion in the nose. Taste follows.
