Clear reddish amber in color. Small head that diminishes to nothing.
Aroma is slight musty funk, little bit of lime and some strawberry.
Flavor is lightly tart, strong strawberry kiwi feel, a hint of lime, not getting any lemon. Wonder if this white wine was super fruity? Regardless, it is a tasty beer.
Carbonation is relatively low for style. A little stickier than I'd like, but the alcohol is well hidden.
Better and different than I expected. Unique beer, not as delicate as most wine barrel saisons i've had. Worth a bash

On tap at brewery in to shifter.
Pours a nice copper color with a pinkish tint with almost no head.
Sweet and yeasty notes in the nose. Scent of nectar and flowers follow.
Taste on first sip is mostly citrus. Lemon peels and grapefruit notes. Yeast van be detected. Finishes clean in taste.
Drinks very smoothly. Little carbonation and light body.
I have to say drinking this is like drinking an adult citrus summer drink. Perfect for summer drinking.

Had on tap at taproom. Pours clear, gold in color, with 1/3 inch head. Taste is big lime, barrel, and white grape. Almost like a saison/chardonnay hybrid with a big dose of lime. The lime is about as present here as it has been in any beer that I have had. Tasty, complex, and very tropical. I like this beer more and more while it is warming. Very good on draft.
