Another excellent beer from this brewery. It pours slightly cloudy. The smell is not overpowering, but strong. The beer has a slight pine taste, and is crisp and clean. A full taste that encompasses the entire mouth and makes one take notice of this beer. An extremely pleasant finish as well, with slight fruity notes.

Canned 2/24/20

Pours just a lightly cloudy gold with 2 fingers of bubbly white head that reduces to a cap, inconsistent lacing

Melons immediately come to mind when I smell this, some light pepper and citrus

I wish I could say the taste was clear, but it's kinda just everything in the aroma muddled together, no real definition. I catch some of that melon in the back end of the sip but it's underwhelming

Thinner than I was expecting and not much carbonation. Doesn't finish sticky but it's not dry either

Overall a disappointment from Night Shift, but maybe it was a freshness issue at 7 weeks. I'd try it again if I find it fresh because I love these guys, but until then it's a no from me dog

16oz can. Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellowish orange with over an inch of fluffy head. Lots of lacing. Big whiff of Mosaic. Berries, tropical and citrus fruits. Maybe a hint of pine. The taste is more of the fruit flavors with a bit of honey, pine and sweet toasted malts. Pineapple, tangerine and mixed berries. Sweet malt finish. Soft body with an oily mouthfeel.

Poured from a can dated 12/20/18 into the test glass.
A - Slightly hazy straw color, vibrant carbonation, feed relentlessly into a beautiful white cap.
S - Strong tropical fruit nose, mixes well with hints of earthy pine,
T - Sweet malt base, then the fruit rolls in with pine apple, and orange peel competing, the piney tone trips its way through that tropic thread.
M - Sweet start, moves quickly into a beautiful drying pattern, carbonation works to facilitate the clean up
O - A very good display of Mosaic , with the malt base is structured well for the offering
