Moderate pour yields an over one inch tan head over a very dark brown body with some lacing. Nose of chocolate, booze from the bourbon and rye. and some coffee. Flavors of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, slight coffee, and whiskey. I really wish I'd drank this sooner as I'm sure the coffee has faded. Nice feel and overall, I really dig every stout these guys produce. Cheers to Everett!

L - Pitch black body and less than a finger of khaki-colored head
S - coffee, bourbon, black cherries, raisins, black licorice, leather, brown sugar, vanilla
T - Dark fruits are big, so if coffee. Sweet, sticky bourbon, cold-brew coffee, residual alcohol
F - To-spec for the style. Small boozy presence.
O - Solid BA stout. Lacking rye whiskey presence, but still a massive, flavorful sipper

2017 version from bottle into highball glass. Slick looking body and a frothy head. Ruby highlights. I get coffee on the nose but it is sweet. Almost too sweet. Taste provides some nuance. Light roast coffee with hints of apple almost come out. Interesting beer - appreciate that the coffee gets a lot of respect.
