To Fluffinity and beyond! This 7.0% hop-bomb IPA is a fresh squeeze from the orangest, haziest, juiciest clouds you’ve never seen.
Pours light orange with a fluffy white head and thick haze. Bursting with flavors of tangerine, pineapple candy, and ripe mango. Sips smooth and juicy, without overwhelming bitterness. Finishes surprisingly clean. Easy to crack another.
If you’re a die-hard following us quite closely – this recipe is inspired by In Development NEIPA batches #2 and #4 – the best of both worlds.

Cloudy orange brew with a massive off-white head. Cirtrusy -- specifically orangey -- aroma. Same goes with the palate; it is weirdly like drinking orange juice.

Canned on 11/14/21
L - poured light hazy orange with a full 2-finger white head. Fair/good lacing.
S - tangerine, mango and pineapple.
T - fruity mix. Juicy hops.
F - medium mouthfeel with a semi-dry finish. Kind of flat, though.
O - best thing about this beer for me was the look. I think the flatness I felt kind of put me off.

Poured from a 16oz can dated 4/14/21 to a Nonic at fridge temp. Unfortunately given that date this is probably not the best example.
The body is gold, not clear, but not hazy. The a 1/2" white head fades fast, but does provide some lacing.
Aroma is mostly malt.
Taste is similar, malt with a mild hop burn.
Mouth feel is moderate.
Overall- Unknown. Kind of feel guilty reviewing this old sample.

Taking the fluff where fluff has never gone before, Night Shift Brewing ups the fluff with a firm and hazy IPA that showcases a host of fruit aromatics, flavor and with a smooth balancing bitterness. Full never saw this coming.
Fluffinity pours burnish gold with a light peachy orange hue. Hazy but shy of opaque, the beer floats a creamy tall frothy lather. As the bubbles subside, the scent is a bold orange mix of citrus, herb, tropical influences, all to suggest creamiscle and citronella. Sweeter to taste, a malty start of light caramel and honey, toasted shortcake and cereal create a smooth and creamy foundation.
As the hops blossom on the palate, a burst of tangerine, mandarin orange and Valencia have a pop on the middle palate. With a backdrop of pineapple, mango, apricot and a hint of peach bring a robust blend of stone fruit and tropical fruit. Trending herbal with a racy but smooth bitterness, the beer trails into hints of lemon pepper, sun tea, verbena and spruce.
Medium bodied and trending lighter, the beer is crisp and refreshing compared to other hazy IPA. It finishes fruity with a hop spice with a medium long aftertaste of fruit peel, spruce and peppery hops for a taste that's actually quite thirst quenching and flavorful.
