The beer pours a pretty clear amber color with a fizzy, white soap bubble head that lasts quite some time. Just a hint of cloudiness.
The aroma is pretty typical Belgian. Sweet that I take as bubblegum, fruitiness of apples and pears. Yhere is a grain underlaying the whole thing. Decent enough.
The taste follows along. There is just enough sweetness so it isnt cloying, but it seems a mix of bubble gum and vanilla which I can't say is appealing in particular. A decent level of spicy notes, coriander and what seems to be white pepper. Plenty of pear, some apple. Finshes cleanly with no lingering. Overall, ledium sweet, decent brew.
The feel is medium to heavy, and the peppery bite builds a little but not overly so.
Overall, this is a decent enough beer. Would not be my first choice in the style, but good enough to grab one once in a while.

A: slightly hazy amber color with a few hints of ruby red. Head is off-white
S: bubblegum, pears, spicy Belgian yeast, green apple skin
T: tons of pears, green apple skin, Belgian yeast, loadssss of bubble gum, and some sweet malt
M: solid medium mouthfeel with lower/mid carbonation.
O: nice beer. Bubble gum is strong in here and a real nice pear flavor. Just what I like in a Belgian

Bought a 4-pack at the Beer Shop in East Longmeadow. The beer pours with a murky amber appearance and thick lacing on the sides. Aromas include metallic, flowery vanilla smells mixed buttery hints. Taste follows the nose with a very sweet bready taste with vanilla and honey flavors. Decently creamy and medium carbonation. Overall, good appearance and flavor dynamic.

Clear amber, with a large fizzy off-white head that settles to a persistent thin film and some rising edges.
Smells like a just blown out vanilla candle--a little smoke, char and vanilla. It seems the interaction with the Belgian phenols is creating this effect. I can't get over it, it is so distinct.
Taste is a little herbal, with that blown out vanilla candle smoke still coming through, which helps tone down the strong spicy Belgian yeast.
Feel is nicely soft, mix between fizzy and frothy, with a medium body.

A- Semi hazy body from the tallboy to a goblet. The white head ascends to a few fingers with pretty good retention dropping spotty lace after each sip.
S- Belgian yeast creates most of the aroma with spicy notes, pale fruit esters like apple and pear and phenolics combining for a high power aroma. Pale grains and vanilla bean sweets in the backdrop of the assertive yeast strains.
T- Follows the nose with a blend of Belgian yeast bringing a whole portfolio of different flavors. Pale fruits like pear, grape and apple are strong and joined by lemon, pepper, coriander, straw, bread, cooking herbs, orange and clove; what a range. A medium candi sugar sweetness, slight vanilla bean, cereal grain and herb hops join the big yeast.
MF- Body between light and medium thickness with a foamy and creamy consistency. The bubbles fall at a moderate level and it ends with a spicy herbal bitterness.
No idea what to expect coming into this and it is clear this brew is more about the trifecta of yeast strains than the vanilla beans.

L- Pours a burnt orange color with a one finger white head, minimal lacing.
S- strong yeast smell, some orange, maybe a bit of vanilla.
T- opens with a malt sweetness, followed by Belgian yeast, orange peel and closing with a moderate vanilla flavor that isn't too overwhelming. Not much of a lingering flavor.
F- moderate carbonation with a slightly heavy feel, but not at all thick.
O- Decent beer, no part of it really stuck out to me, not the greatest summer beer in my opinion but i could certainly enjoy a few around a fire during the fall.

thanks to my brother for sharing this bottle, enjoyed chilled in a glass.
The color is a hazy golden with white head and fine bead. The smell has a slight tropical smell with hop in the aroma and perhaps subtle pear-like yeast ester. The feel is mildly bitter with light malt sweetness and low alcohol with a semi-dry finish and moderately carbonated.
The taste is good with some malt in the flavor with light sweetness with slight oxidative quality and mild fruit from the yeast in the taste. There is a subtle spice in the taste, the vanilla is very mild and the alcohol is light. This is a decent pale, but perhaps freshness is the key as there was an apparent degradation with vanilla almost non-existant

16 oz can. Bright orange amber color, two finger white head slowly fades leaving sticky lace. Bready aroma, Belgian yeast, vanilla. Tastes just like it smells, Belgian pale ale with vanilla notes. This is different, decent brew but not my favorite style. Thin to medium semi soft feel.

16oz can with no visible canning date. Pours golden hue with minimal head, body is nearly opaque.
Nose is very layered: bubble gum from the Belgian yeast, fresh baked bread, and the vanilla stands out nicely. For a pale ale (albeit a Belgian pale ale), it is quite surprising that the hops are drowned out, but that seems to be the case here.
The flavor has similar layers, though I don't think they meld quite as well as the nose. Belgian yeast sweetness leads the way, followed by some fruit (apricots, tangerine, hint of banana) and a strong vanilla note, and then finishing very dry with plenty of earthy hops.
Very interesting beer with layers of flavor. Could only drink one at a time but it is an interesting sipper.

Pours a burnt orange color.
Aroma: malts, no detectable hop aroma [im pretty bad at this], i do smell the vanilla, a bit of pepper/spicy quality to it as well.
Taste: vanilla, tame bitterness, slight grain, having a hard time picking out things.
Feel: almost fizzy like tickling on the tongue, light/medium mouthfeel but more towards light.
a bit too much carbonation for my tastes but still an overall solid beer.
