- 2014 vintage
- 750 mL bottle poured into Lost Abbey teku on 31-May-14

Overall, this is a very decent saison with just the right amount of earthiness and barnyard funk that isn't overbearing and allows the brett tartness to shine through. Lemons with a bit of tangerines and cloves. Bit of bitterness in the finish. Nice and dry. Spritzy and very refreshing for the long, hot summer days.

I like it better than Sofie, maybe on par with fresh Logsdon's Seizoen Bretta, but probably not as good as Boulevard's Saison Brett.

Outstanding beer with huge pineapple notes from the Brett and hops. Really a treat.

On tap for The Bruery Sucreversary held at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, CA.

Pours a murky light yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, fruit, earth, and Brett aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, yeast, and Brett flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of Brett bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with a great use of Brett that makes this one really tasty and drinkable.
