Monkish's fruited sours always hit it out of the park, and this one's no exception. Upon pouring, you get a beautiful and bright orange-yellow body with zero head. It smells like nectarines and peaches (which is exactly what's in it), and tastes the same, too. They manage a perfect balance of the two fruits, carbonation and a very thin yet juicy backbone. Carbonation's significant, giving it an almost champagne finish.
This one may have actually been better than last year's excellent Fruit Cart. It could be the best (new) beer I have in 2017.
