L: The beer is light yellow gold in color, something that is a staple in most Monkish hazy offerings. The color alone is something that I really like and have grown to prefer in beers in the NE style, although some, like my father, argue that it looks like spent dish water. Anyways, the color is great, and the complexity is rather hazy and murky offering zero clarity. Very minimal in terms of head but does yield moderate amounts of fine lacing.
S: The majority of the smell comprises big aromas of various citrus and stonefruit, namely lemon, orange and apricot. A crackery yeast flavor is also prominent, meshing well with the bright aromas of freshly cut grass. Smell like lemongrassy/juicy/hop nectar. Galaxy is the domineering hop on the nose.
T: Bold flavors of orange, pineapple, papaya, apricot and peach with grapefruit, lemon, bubble gum, grass and a touch of pine on the finish. The aftertaste is citrusy and somewhat dank, no doubt the signature tracings of a Galaxy-implemented brew. The flavors are seemingly in equilibrium, comprising both NE-styled juice with a hoppy/dank finish. Galaxy flavor is dominant, but the berry flavor from the Mosaic does not shy away from the spotlight.
F: Damn near perfection. Smooth, full, soft, lofty and nearly on Cloud9. Medium in terms of both body and weight. The carbonation seems slightly higher than moderate and booze is completely undetectable. Stellar feel.
O: It is safe to say that I had some high expectations coming into this but I did not leave dissatisfied. The look, smell, taste and feel are all there, and tie together to create a great experience. I am very glad to try and I would definitely drink again/recommend. Cheers!

Sweet tropical hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with an trop-citrus bitterness that lingers on the palate. Fantastic depth and feel on the palate. Great!

Really hazy peach color with off-white head. Aroma is juicy and dank with grassy notes and slightly fermented fruits. Taste follows with grassy notes, even a bit nutty with a touch of almond on the finish. Drying bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium plus body with medium carbonation. Really nice one. Not a fruit bomb but the hop profile is really interesting.

From can into teku. Bright yellow-orange opaque appearance with good bit of foam head upon aggressive pour. Wonderful tropical aromaticity with ripe fruits: mango, peach. Juicy. Really nicely done with a medium, soft and creamy mouthfeel. Monkish makes exceptional NE style IPAs.

Very nice citrus aroma. Aroma almost makes it seem like it is going to have a sharp “bite” on the pallet. Taste is also citrusy and dank. Very clean. The “bite” isn’t there. Pillowy mouthfeel. Monkish is the real deal.

Typical hazy oj pour, really nice deep orange, some lace... creamy head

The nose is pure juice. Citrus and passion fruit dominate, so good

Love this balance. Pine, bitter citrus, hops, juice. Really good.

Creamy, low carb, slight stickiness. Very smooth.

L - Hazy orange with murky body and a finger of white head

S - Oranges, peaches, grapefruit, mint, dank hops

T - Sweeter than the nose. Blood oranges, berries, and tangerines. Some orange and lemon, but not too big. Danl Galaxy and pine. Orange sherbet and creamsicle.

F - Medium and creamy.

O - Loved the dessert qualities combined with dank Galaxy.
