On-tap at Monkish,

A: Pours a clear goldenrod with a light white head, some nice lace here, good looking.

S: Nose is tough to find at first, a flowery beer, spring meadow, elegant nose when it gets there.

T: OK here we go. The jasmine flowers offer an incredible flavour to the base beer. Nice complexity, some notes of pear and yellow apples, but the taste of flowers makes this. A unique beer for sure, but delicious.

M: Medium-bodied, ethereal, soft, easy drinking.

O: The best I've had from Monkish up to this point. Even better than Floraison, a joy to drink.

Clear and light golden and yellow. Thin white crown. Significant lacing down the glass. Very pretty.

Grass elements and floral notes emerge as the beer warms, along with a mild Belgian yeast accent, and a bit of earthy hops.

Floral and grassy hop elements combine with a bit of a biscuit backbone and a pleasant, complementary Belgian yeast. Very drinkable. Quenching, even.

Medium bodied with silky, slightly creamy, carbonation.

Really enjoyed this one, especially as it came closer to room temperature.
