On tap @ the source. "Seed of life".

A: Pours a slightly hazy peach color with a thin white head which leaves a few spots of lace.

N: Fruity (plums, apricots), slightly vinous, floral, complex.

T: Slightly sweet with malts and yeast, floral, nutty, faint vanilla, complex.

M: Moderate body and semi-medium carbonation. Creamy, fruity, yeasty and sweetish finish.

O: High ABV is noted. There is a lot going on in this beer. Very artistic and well put together. Nice.

Poured hazy dark yellow gold with a big white head. Aromas and flavors of Belgian yeast, faint nuttiness, vanilla cream, and sweet cake. Overall, a very unique tripel, one that would pair extremely well with white-cakes, Angel-food, etc.

First time at the tasting room yesterday. This one was labeled a tripel with pistachios and vanilla. Easily my favorite of the day.

A: Clear apple cider color with a thin bone white head.

S: Crazy smell. Very sweet and nutty, almost like biscotti. There's a rich, cake-like aroma to it as well that reminded me of a pound cake. Some hazelnut in there, too.

T: Opens on a sweet tripel note with some Belgian yeast and hints of hazelnut. Prickly booze in the middle with some dry chalky yeast. Finish brings a good amount of pistachios, both the meat and the skin. A pretty good beer.
