On tap the Brewpub on June 30th, 2017.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a pale orange bronzed sort of color with an ever so slight transparency about it. Just a cap of a little white foamy head swiftly fell off. No lace.
The aroma had some herbal to black tea-like structure up front but the lemonade is a bit lighter than I thought. Light vanilla/sweet biscuits came in as it warmed.
The flavor was moderately sweet through the tea to the biscuits and once again, the lemonade is faint not fully displaying as much as I had hoped for. Herbal/black tea to biscuit-like aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied, seeming to have just a touch under in it's sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine, somewhat low. ABV felt just as good.
Overall, super nice just as an easy drinking Summer sort of beer. I'd definitely have again personally, but cream ale fans or those wanting a bit more lemonade in their "Arnold Palmer"-like beer, be a bit warned with this one. If anything, I dig the creative idea on this one.
