Served from the bottle into a Napoli Grande glass. Bottled on 12/19/11

A- Semi hazy/semi clear straw yellow/golden color with high carbonation and soapy head leaving no lace

S- Coriander, citrus, and belgian yeast aroma. Very spicy aroma

T- Very traditional tasting witbier, big on coriander, belgian yeast, lemon, light orange citrus, wheat, and a slightly salt like taste on the finish. Finish is a little off putting but mild

M- Highly carbonated, very refreshing, smooth, finishes dry, very effervescent

O- A good witbier, hard to believe this is not brewed with any spices, it is very coriander forward tasting.

This one pours a very cloudy Orange tan color with a short lasting pale white head. It leaves little lacing and retains just a slight film of foam throughout the pour. The nose of this one is very European with a sweet funky yeast aroma. There is peach and apricot notes with a lot of fresh bread aromas. The flavor follows suit. Quite funky, almost like a saison style. Sweet and malty and tangy and slightly sour all at the same time. The mouth is light and refreshing but effervescent and refreshing. This isn't a beer I'd come to often but definitely one worth trying and enjoying.

A: The typical hazy blonde pour, thought he head on it retains wonderfully... foamy and white

S: Wheat, a little bit lemony (not too intense, though!) and a soft and warm spiciness.

T: Not as spicy as many can be, and with a more mellow citrus zing. A little orange peel and a nice wheatiness.

M + D: Nice and dry, which is a positive. Without the sweet and spicy flavours of some, it becomes a very easy drinker. I'll be looking forward to the next release of this one to try it a little hotter.

Im dreaming of a winter white ale. Well not really. Poured a semi hazy golden color with next to no head nor any lacing at all.

The smell is malty with some very noticeable yeasty smells in the background. Some lighter wheat background and next to no spice presence at all. A smidge of hops, maybe a floral but still masked. Would like a bit more complexity and other spice notes to balance.

The taste has more of a wheat feel mixed with malt added in. A little harsh (as compared with crisp) and a bit astringent. The wheat flavor starts out with a chill sense and then a stronger bitter orange flavor finishes with a somewhat rancid finish. Not much on the spice and some very light note of hops near the end, bring a floral taste out.

The body is a little high for a wit or even a wheat, and no carbonation. Overall the wheat is limited and the spice note are not where they should be but clean yeast and easy drinkabiliy.

Pours a soft, hazy yellow with very minimal head retention. The aroma is quite simple and faint.

It has a clean hop taste with mild spices. A touch of bitterness. Nothing over done, very very well balanced.

The mouthfeel is crisp and has an excellent carbonation. Outstanding beer!

a 12oz bottle pulled from the depths of the fridge. the batch number is off center in the box and i cant make it out. oh well. the bottle reads 5.0% ABV

A- this one pours a very murky golden yellow colored body with a small, quickly vanishing, white head. the head leaves behind little to no lacing.

S- very spicy with lots of belgian yeast. the spices smell highly of clove with some coriander as well. a bit of banana and bubblegum. pretty standard.

T- the taste is just as spicy as the nose. lots of clove, coriander, and yeast. the spices linger long into the aftertaste, which is sort of a turnoff.

M- full bodied and thick feeling with a high level of carbonation.

D- i dont think this is one of bell's best beers, buts its not terrible either. just something i wont be trying again anytime soon. thanks to whoever left this at my house, its not something i would have bought/tried otherwise.
