Pours a cloudy pale straw color. The head is very healthy - more than two fingers worth (they were NOT kidding when they labeled this a "bottle-conditioned" beer). The nose is quite mild with some faint yeasty notes. The flavor is light, but relatively bland. The finish is clean.

Drinkable, but there is not much here in the way of flavor.

Picked up a bottle at my local beer shop to try, not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised at how perfect it was this afternoon after mowing the lawn.

Poured into a 16 oz tulip beer glass, it developed a 1 inch frothy head that dissipated slowly with a hint of lemon aroma with the the malt notes.
Color: yellow straw, slightly cloudy due to it being bottle conditioned.
Taste followed the nose, crisp on the tongue, malts, hint of lemon, with just enough hops to give a little bitterness while maintaining an overall sense of light refreshment.
