Bottle from Cora-Forbach. Everything you’d expect in a witbier . Light and airy ,slightly fizzy , hints of orange peel. Some mild dry bitterness to finish the deal.

On tap at Glendale Yard House, one of the Belgian samplers, so had to try a full glass.
Served in a goblet, murky light yellow with a thick head. Foam settles to a thick film, full lines of lace after every sip.
Smell is of malty grains, some spiciness, and yeast.
Taste is much the same, finishes with spicy bitterness.
Lots of carbonation gives a crisp and tingly mouth feel.
Overall, good beer, smooth and easy to drink. Nice combo of wit and tripel

A fine but boring example of the style.

Had it on tap at Dive Bar, NYC.
Pours a hazy straw color that has a hint of orange. A modest head can perhaps be more appropriately described as a creamy film that retains well.
The aroma is of fresh orange peel, sweet, slightly juicy and understatedly zesty. Wheat malts and light spice-I'm thinking coriander-round things out.
What I like best about this brew is the soft, smooth and creamy mouthfeel. In addition, the gentle carbonation makes things go down easily.
The taste consists mostly of wheat malt and orange peel and pulp that add a sweetness that is moderate, neither juicy nor cloying. A light spice, coriander, rounds things out.
Simple but flavorful. Admittedly, I'm not a huge witbier guy, however, this is one of the better ones I've had.

I had this on tap at the Virginia Beach Yard house. I was suitably impressed. I was served in a goblet, appeared bright gold with a thin white head and some weak lacing. the aromas were on point; floral and slightly sweet yet malty-bitterness. The flavor, again, reminded me of why I love Belgians. The skinny is that I will have this again and recommend it to my friends.
