Bright was created to be a clean and elegant showcase for one of our favorite hops - Mosaic! It is crafted with a simple malt bill and fermented with clean American Ale yeast to create a flavor profile that is more a function of its vibrant fresh ingredients than an expression of yeast character. Bright’s aroma is a cornucopia of citrus dank… The taste follows suit with notes of grapefruit, sweet berries, and clementine with a gentle orange rind finish. She is dry, soft, deceptively juicy and adequately bittered resulting in a very approachable yet pungent Double IPA. We hope you find this bit of a departure as enjoyable as we do!

(1 pint can, 10/24/18, purchased 10/27... poured into fat Trillium tulip)
L: occurs to you as it pours why it could be called 'Bright' - for the most part a clear liquid, but not without a very slight haze, but not at all on the order of their NEIPAs - same pale yellow-amber color, but again, foam doesn't build high, hold firm... turns out I decanted initial pour well, as there was a good bit of sediment in bottom 2 oz, ended up clouding remainder to a familiar degree
S: orange flesh, coloring of red grapefruit juice, hint of pine, acidic spice - altogether vibrant, fresh, pungent - subtle juicy sweetness anticipated... after a few sips, a spicy pineapple-orange note dominates, along with a soft raw alcohol... with sediment added, again a fruity muffin aroma
T: piney resinous hops backed by relatively cereal-grainy pale malt; grapefruit-flavored candy powder static all throughout, though its spicy, lightly sugary essence ripping hardest through the center of the palate; mild orange hard candy note lingering in the aftertaste... overall, lots of fruity resins, while malt does a great job complimenting flavors, giving a light, delectably-doughy foundation... vaguely British sensibilities?
F: sleek resinous viscosity, lightly slick malt body, smoothly clipped finish with perfect touch of soft warmth and tickle at the back of the palate, while the middle of the tongue hums with a mild-moderate desiccant scrape... another fleece-soft, crushable-in-pitchers texture
O: the most conventional IPA/Pale I've had from them (4th brand sampled to date) ... nice to know they can nail a straightforward DIPA - made these comments before pouring in dregs... still an excellent drop, though arguably most dynamic and refined minus the sediment... easily my favorite of theirs so far

It's decent, though a bit sweet and fruity for my tastes. Not sure I've ever had a Mosaic-hopped beer I really love. I think I was secretly hoping for a more classic APA like zombie dust. Nice departure from the Murk Bombs regardless... Flexing their style chops

Canned 3.21.23 'the o.g. 4 the win!' printed on the bottom
Poured at fridge temp into a weizen glass
Pours a almost clear pale orange with an off white head. Dense lacing from where the head faded and a bit thinner as it follows down the glass. 4
Looking for mosaic notes I get some grapefruit sweet and tartness, but more just fresh and clean hoppiness perhaps a touch of oversweetness. 4.25
Hoppy, bitter- but a pleasant not chemically bitterness, some tropicals and more hops, touch of alcohol burn. 4.25
Wicked crushable body for a DIPA, lighter side of carbo, and just a touch of lingering hop oils/aftertaste. 4.5
Overall just a clean and extremely well done double that showcases clean hops and drinkability. 4.5

Canned a month ago. Glad to finally be trying the flagship in the Bright series. These are quite unique for TH beers in that after a very short period of time the haze almost completely settles out, and when properly decanted from the can results in a nearly haze-free golden body that is unlike any other hoppy offerings I've had from this brewery. This is indeed a very nice focused display of mosaic hops, overflowing with the cattiness, dankness, citrus, and berry notes that make mosaic mosaic. As a result the American yeast profile is rather uninteresting, as is the seemingly crystal/2-row heavy malt bill. This one is all about the hops.

Maybe my first no hazy IPA from TH.
This just oozes dankness and pungency. I get melon and citrus in abundance plus some tropical fruit. Stellar.

Pours a golden straw color with a finger of head. The nose is fairly modest for a TH offering - earthy notes with some background citrus is all that I am getting here. The flavor is pithy with more maltiness than most TH offerings. There is some grapefruit bitterness on the finish.

Pours a hazy orange color with a delightful creamy white head that laces the glass nicely. Dank citrus aromas on the nose, primarily grapefruit, ripe tangerine, and papaya.
The taste follows the nose and is nicely bitter with a full mouthfeel that is on the softer side. This is a wonderful hazy, one I could drink over and over.
