This batch of Bright was crafted to be a clean and elegant showcase for the notoriously awesome hop from New Zealand, Nelson Sauvin! It is crafted with a simple malt bill and fermented with clean American Ale yeast to create a flavor profile that is more a function of its vibrant fresh ingredients than an expression of yeast character. Bright w/Nelson’s aroma is a bounty of fresh citrus, grapefruit pith, and sauvignon blanc wine. The taste follows suit with notes of white wine, grapefruit and crushed gooseberry with a gentle earthy finish. She is dry, soft, and adequately bittered resulting in a very approachable intense Double IPA.. classic and delicious! Nelson!!

From a 16oz can dated 11/15/23 into a tulip.
Pours a hazy-not opaque- orange with about a finger and a half of white head. Surprising "clear" for a Tree House IPA haha. Pretty good retention and excellent lacing.
Strong hit of white wine on the nose with some dank earthy notes.
Grapes, white wine, citrus rind on the taste. Nice bitterness.
Medium to full-bodied mouthfeel. Sticky, dry finish. Bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation.
Different kind of Tree House IPA. They nailed nelson with this one.

Canned 6 weeks ago. First pour was the most clear TH DIPA I've had -- I could see right through the glass! Second pour was *disgusting*, with tons of chunks of yeast lees and god knows what else. Otherwise pretty standard Nelson fare, with the usual white grape/cattiness/dankness. This year's crop of Nelson has been quite good, and that was the case with this beer

A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a wispy cap with OK lacing;
S: sauvignon blanc and grapefruit pith;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish; soft;
O: when drinking this, I couldn't help noticing that the aroma and flavor reminded me of pizza goldfish in a strange way;
