Bottle opened three weeks ago; just about one year old.

A - Slightly hazy golden yellow pour from the 500ml to a becher glass. A foamy white cap rises to a finger high with decent retention. A small ring drops webs of lace.

S- General mix of tart producing bacteria cultures with lactic prevailing. Lemon and underripe stone fruit come to mind.

T- Basically like the aroma with more stone fruit character like sour apricot. Lactic bacteria and raw grains produce the bulk of the flavor. Raw spelt. Tart rather than sour.

MF- Light body and a medium carbonation level. Just a bit of frothy foamy texture and a tart ending.

Lactic bugs and a hint of whole grains make for a very solid, sessionable sour but one that could use just a bit more dimension.

Pours hazy, orange-brown in color with 1/4 inch head--bright orange streak in the head. Taste is faint sour mix, lemon, light white wine. Super smooth--just about as smooth a sour as I have ever had. Tart with moderate carbonation. Amazing beer. Had no idea Tree House did wilds as well as they do. Would really like to try this again.

500 mL bottle. Lightly hazy yellow body. Citrusy aroma, kinda woody aroma, lemon acidity. Tastes lemony with a strong wheat grain flavor. A little bit of orange citrus. Light body. Well carbonated. Tasty, tart, and refreshing, but doesn't have much else going on.

Pours slightly hazy golden straw color. Fizzy white head thumb 1 knuckle high. Very light (almost faint) citrus, cut grass, sour/funky aroma. Tastes of lemon peel, sour apple, with an underlying (pleasant!) taste of a vinegary white wine, this gives way quickly to a light almost peppery arugula-ish finish. Overall an excellent example of what a farmhouse style beer can be!

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a snifter. Shared with Andrew Ed and Steve.

Pours a clear-ish body with a small fizzy white head that reduces slowly. Sediment on the last pour is insane.

Aromas are funky, tart, citrus, some cheesiness. On the tongue is light tartness, funky farmhouse, green apple and citrus, light wheat and fruit. Easy drinking crisp body, a little watery.

Overall a solid beer, treehouse is learning how to brew the farmhouses!
