The beer comes in a light to medium gold color with a bit of haze.
The aroma offers apricot, funk, grapefruit peel, grassiness, crackery malt, hay.
The flavor offers soft lactic lemon qualities, creamy, lemon peel, light breadiness and crackery quality, grassiness, hay, soft mouthfeel with a bit less carbonation than other farmhouse brews. A wonderful rustic brew with a restrained lactic quality.
The beer is surprisingly close to something like Anna or Arthur. I would have guessed it was an HF farmhouse style ale.

Bottle at Tree House. Clear golden body. Big white head. Smells of lemon, oats, wheat. Nice brett. Tastes of lemon tartness, oats and wheat. A bit of pale malt sweetness. Grainy finish. Medium body. Tasty sour.

Thanks for the share Brandon. Bottle into a snifter appears a hazy golden yellow color with a white head.
It has a lemony lactic smell with hints of vanilla and oak. The taste is tart like lemon than a drying oak and grain character to the finish.
This is light in body with modest carbonation. An effortlessly drinkable brew that has some familiarity to an oaked berliner kinda thing.

A: Beer comes in a moderately hazy vibrant gold color with a pillowy finger of white head, hinting at the lively carbonation.
S: Tons of bright citrus. I get big notes of lemon juice, grapefruit, and a orange peel. A bit of Brett funk and just the slightest touch of lactic acid round out an intense and inviting aroma that is just tart enough to remind you that you're about to drink a sour.
T: Follows the nose in the best way possible. Up front, it's straight pulpy lemonade. Lightly tart lemon juice without the tang or pucker. There's some more orange peel, and an airy crackery malt character that hits mid-taste. The finish is smooth and dry, with the intense flavors flying off the palate and leaving you thirsting for another sip almost immediately.
M: I can't imagine a better mouthfeel for the style... This is somehow creamy, effervescent, light, and full--all at the same time. It has a density to it that is lacking in many sours, but it glides across the tongue quickly and easily. It's highly carbonated--which allows the flavors to explode across the sip--but it's neither sharp nor prickly. As with all Tree House, the pungency of the flavors is perfectly complemented by the softness of the feel.
O: Well, if this isn't the best sour I've had... Not much more I can say at this point. Harmony, balance, and intensity are in full showcase here. Well done, Tree House!!
