Notes: BBBrighttt was created to be an intense yet elegant showcase for one of our favorite hops - Mosaic! It builds upon the base beer resulting in an amplified flavor profile as a function of additional kettle and dry hopping from the base recipe. Mike here at the brewery describes it as an “explosion of Mosaic”. Lauren says the “flavor bursts in your mouth”. So together we describe it as an explosion of Mosaic flavor in your mouth.

From the 16oz can, dated 01/30/18. Served in a tulip.

Pours an only lightly hazed, super-pale yellow, like a chardonnay, with a scant finger of sudsy, bubbly, white head. Retention is good, leaving a bubbly cap, a thin collar and a solid curtain of thin lacing.

Light aroma of lemon drops, lemongrass, orange juice and damp cereal.

Tastes of lemon juice, orange juice and grapefruit juice, wet cereal grains and green tree leaves. Finishes with sour booziness and a lemon hard candies aftertaste.

Feel is smooth, mouth-coating - almost palate-smotheringly so - and a bit better than medium bodied with just barely adequate carbonation.

Overall, meh. Bright isn't one of the better Tree House brews to start with and Bbbright isn't really any improvement. Sorry.

Tall can, from the source last week, canned 1/30/18

Typical NEIPA Tree House pour.

Earthy, leafy, hopped up nose, with a crate of oranges coming to mind.

Simply delicious, fresh tropical abounding, more oranges, soft and ripe pineapple all over this one.

A treat, thanks to my buddy JP for providing me with a few cans....world class - go get some

Many thanks to Knapp85 for this can.

A - Vibrant medium yellow gold colored pour with beautiful clarity, light carbonation, and thin white lacing.

S - Citrus, blueberry, papaya, bubble gum, tangerine, melon, and rose aroma jumps out of the glass.

T - Right in line with the nose: citrus, blueberry, papaya, tangerine, melon - all blended with a little bit of fruit spiciness on the back end. Bitterness is very low and has a slight bit of spicy tang.

M - Big medium body with nice softness and a very small amount of creamy carbonation at the end. Very dry on the finish.

O - This is a pretty fantastic beer and highly recommended.

Had on tap at TH.
Excellent beer as hyped. Wonderfully full and fresh. Mosaic is more full profile/ front and back but not leaping out. Aroma is more muted than fragrant fruity and dank but a bit off with some cardboard like intrusion
Beautifulhazy pourwith excellent head and lacing. Super smooth sipper.
Amazing beer. But not outstanding flavor wise to me.

Pours a pale yellow gold, lightly hazy. Aroma is citrusy, floral, herbal, and dank; very inviting. Taste focuses on the citrus and floral notes, the herbal and dank weedy notes are more in the background along with a hint of green onion. The dank weedy and herbal notes intensify (to its benefit) as the beer warms. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. As the beer warms it turns from a focus on citrus and some green onion to a more an herbal, dank profile which I very much enjoy. I’ve enjoyed Bright since my first can 3 years ago from Monson and this variant in the lineage.

A: Poured from the can into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is slightly hazy golden with a thin film of white on top.

S: Not loving the nose - scents of onion/garlic and modest tropical fruit over pale malt.

T: Definitely improves here. Nice tropical fruit profile - pineapple and sweeter papaya - with lots of citrus as well: oranges, grapefruit peel and lemons. Gets better with each sip. Reminds me of lemony hard candy.

M: Lighter side of medium, heft-wise. Good fine but active carbonation sneaks up on the palate.

O: Really good.

Pours hazy, caution light yellow in color with 3/4 inch head. Taste is papaya and mango. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, dry, and slightly bitter. Not as much of a flavor difference here from the base beer as some of Tree House's other enhanced beers. Not bad, but amongst my least favorite Tree House IPAs.
