Notes: BBBrighttt w/ Galaxy is a clean and elegant showcase for our favorite southern hemisphere hop - GALAXY! It builds upon the base beer resulting in an amplified flavor profile as a function of additional kettle and dry hopping from the base recipe. It tastes intense and much like fresh squeezed pineapple juice. A light body and fluffy mouthfeel make this beer such a pleasure to drink. We love the Bright series for its individualism as it allows the pure character of the hop to shine, foregoing the hop compound biotransformation that contributes depth, complexity, and originality to our core Tree House IPA's. With this beer you get perhaps the most authentic and intense Galaxy hop candy in our line-up, and what a sweet treat it is!

Canned 6/13/18, thanks to rudzud for sharing
Nice rich creamy foamy 1 finger head that fades semi slowly with nice sticky lacing, murky cloudy tangerine orange color

Nose loads of citrus and pith, a little rind, almost papery pulp like, some pineapple in the background, touch tangerine and creamy citrus, plenty of the oily citrus and pith, some dank green style kiwi hops

Taste tons of juicy citrus, orange juice, orange cream, tangerine, lots of citrus oil and some orange peel, a bit of pithy too, some pineapple but not a ton again, more dank green style kiwi like hops that turn a little earthy and spicy the more they go, turning into a bit of earthy pine, touch of generic tropical citrus, mild creamy flaked malt base, a bit soft and juicy, drier with tons of spicy hops late, pithy and rind lingering, with more citrus oils, big bitter rind thing all over the back end

Mouth is med bod, creamy and a bit soft juicy, good carb

Overall hmmm, hops are eh, nice base malt thing, not much pineapple, at least a good citrus juice, but turning a bit spicy earthy and rind especially late, a bit weird.

Picked-up four cans at the Tree House Brewery for four dollars and eighty cents last Wednesday. Huge flavor on this guy, a bit too dank for me, but a solid brew. Side note: climbing the Tree tonight - have had: Trail Magic; Alter Ego; Sap; Bbbrighttt w Citra; Bbbrighttt w Galaxy. To do: Doppelgänger; Very Green; Juice Machine. Wish me luck!

Canned 4/24. Vibrant yellowish orange. Modest head that fades slowly leaving above average lacing. Tropical fruit, pineapple, but also a bit of onion and tangerine to the smell. Taste is similar with a bit of earthy/grassiness, sweet finish. Full body with carbonation on the lighter side, low bitterness.

This seems like it will be semi-clear at first, but the full pour becomes fully opaque corn milk yellow. The tall fluffy white foam settles in persistent tall lumps leaving thick coral lace.

Taste is creamy pineapple and mango, yet slightly chalky semi-bitter and almost acidic, with a touch of eucalyptus that's kind of peppery, backed by biscuit. The fulfilling firm carbonation slowly thins to a tingly feel before the dry finish.

It doesn't lean West Coast like the Bright series used to, but it's pretty tasty anyway.

16 oz. can. Pours a remarkably clear and pale yellow at first, but then the chunks from the bottom half of the can come through and it turns a cloudy orange. Smells of woodsy pine and bright citrus. Tropical fruits and melons. Some sweet maltiness. Taste is lots of tropical fruit. Has a bit of pine and some passionfruit that tempers the sweet pale malt. Alcohol flavor is strong, but not too hot. Medium body. Very good. Aggressive hops distract from a hefty sweetness.

Appearance: The bubble show reveals a two fingered head perched atop the cloudy honey colored liquid; excellent retention and a few strands of lace

Smell: Pineapple and tangerine with hints of melon and lime

Taste: Pineapple forward with lime developing; some melon flavors round out the early profile; tangerine bitterness brings a touch of dankness, through the middle; the finish is rather dry, with both the tropical juice and the citrusy bitterness incorporated

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A really nice expression of Galaxy in an NE IPA

Thanks, BostonDipas, for the opportunity
