AAAlterrr Ego is a rendition of Alter Ego that utilizes additional kettle and dry hops to amplify and intensify the flavor profile of Alter Ego! Further, we alter the base beer in many ways throughout the brewing process to accept the additional hop charges. The result here is one that is exceptionally fruity and delicious. Layers of tropical fruit, mango, and stone fruit are presented here with a freshness and purity that is genuinely unique and exciting to our palate! We are in love with this beer

Alter Ego, but more so. Like Alter Ego, it has strong similarities to Julius, but with less sweetness. The Mosaic is particularly noticeable in the Aaa version, which takes it further away from its Julius roots than Alter Ego.

Dark bright orange with a finger of yellowed foam head. Decent retention and lacing. Mango and peach aroma. White peach and tea in the taste. Maybe a hint of vanilla. Full mouthfeel and tight carbonation. A little more of that earthy tea character than I expected, but solid overall.

Two months old. Can to willi.
Look: Pours a full and hazy, slightly brownish yellow. Fluffy white head, a little lacing and no floaters.
Smell: Fresh citrus fruits (mainly orange and lemon), melon and even a bit piney.
Taste: Citrus forward with notes of fresh orange, lemon and grapefruit. Mango and peach are also there. Low sweetness, slightly zesty and a bitter finish.
Feel: Full and juicy with a low carbonation.
Overall: The sweetness of ripe tangerine as known from Julius and Alter Ego is clearly detectable but rather in the background. Instead, hoppy notes of mango and fresh citrus fruits are dominating here. One of the weaker members of the extended Julius family. However, still a good beer.

Dirty peach-colored body; pretty hazy; nice head, rocky and lasting, fairly creamy texture. Outstanding smell; fresh yellow pitted fruit; peach and tangerine. Superb flavor; citrus-like esters; oats and cracker grain; moderate hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; coarse feel; some alcohol dryness and citrus bite.
All in all, a nice hazy India pale ale, fresh citrus presence with a nice malt balance with a restrained alcohol note. Balanced and tasty.
Pouring temperature: 51 °F; canning data: EEENJOYYY FFFRESHHH DRINK CCCOLDDD 03/25/22

Good head production, retention, and lacing.
Nose is pleasant but fairly mild, with notes of cracker, honey, melon, grapefruit, orange, and mango. Flavor translates to the palate, with the emphasis on tropical fruit, in particular melon and mango, with little of the citrus edge from the nose.
While this drinks with an impressive amount of fruity flavor for a sub-7.0% ABV IPA, it's still very clearly less potent and flavor-packed than its bigger Tree House siblings, or even some of their other single IPA offerings. A beer like this would have probably blown my socks off 10 years ago, but in Tree House's potent lineup, it's excellent, but far from their best.

16 ounce can in a tulip IPA glass. Canned exactly 30 days ago.
A bit darker than most TH neipas that I’ve drunk, clouded burnt orange. Thin white cap, good amount of web lacing.
Mango right out of the box! Tangerine and tropical fruits round out the aromas.
Contrary to the aroma, lemon first, then tangerine and orange. Pineapple and mango background.
Dense medium body. Lingering citrus bitterness like a piece of peel left on the tongue. Less juicy than others in their lineup.
The understated juices and manageable abv help make this neipa a good one.
