Formerly Haze W/ Peach
Big Peach is Haze conditioned atop heaps of peach purée and freeze-dried peaches. This treatment concentrates the flavor profile and brings the most potent representation of our favorite stone fruit to the forefront of this offering.
Pouring a brilliant hazy yellow in the glass, Big Peach carries notes of overripe stone fruit, fresh summer peaches, orange juice concentrate, and nectarines.

Pours an opaque golden straw color with over a finger of head. The nose has some peach notes but the citrus outshines the sweet peach. The peach shows up more potently in the flavor profile. In spite of the sweetness upfront, the finish is still plenty bitter.

16 oz can poured into a willi becher glass. Pours an opaque hazy orange with with large off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature juicy ripe peaches, citrus, soft wheat, and background malt. Mouthfeel is smooth, soft, and creamy with average carbonation. Overall, the peach is front and center, and it's delicious. Great beer.

16oz can dated 6/30/22.
Pours cloudy yellow with plenty of spongy lacing and persistent retention. Peach in the nose with a hint of orange and pineapple. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Juicy peach with fruit cocktail on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes very juicy with lingering peach.

16oz. can into a Founders snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Great color, head retention, and lace. Nose is citrus, Haribo peach gummies, cane sugar, and a touch of mango sweetness. Only moderately aromatic. Beer opens with huge candied peach notes. I get Haribo peach gummy, overripe peach flesh, and citrus in the back. There's a subtle but waxy bitterness going on in the background as well. Another sip yields peach skin and some pit bitterness but mostly just peach juice throughout. Body is light with moderate to ample carbonation. Fluffy on the palate and dry going down with a lingering, bone dry aftertaste. The body of these beers is always spot on.
Not much of a fan of fruited IPAs overall but this is actually quite good. Not overly sweet with an authentic peach presence.
