As a brewer-owned brewery, one of the hallmark attributes of Tree House Brewing Company is continuous evolution, candid self assessment, and progressive hands on experimentation. Our Curiosity series affords us the opportunity to experiment outside the box, with small discoveries being imparted into our core beers to make them better and better over time. For Fifty Eight, we took a close look at, and experimented heavily with, our fermentation and kettle hopping processes to coax a uniquely fruity flavor profile out of a blend of our favorite American hops. The body here is very dense, but never weighs down the palate… a beautiful base to carry a complex assortment of juicy fruit gum, honeydew melon, and jackfruit flavors. Enjoy!

So apparently my review got eaten at some point. It's a good thing I have notes still and reviewed with JLindros.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a super cloudy hazy darker orange juice hue with a one finger head that fades slowly to leave decent enough lacing and a thin wispy head.
S - Aromas of big brighter orange peel/zest, light tangerine, flashes of general melon, fleeting peachy stone fruit. Quite juicy.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more of the soft juicy, orange creamsicle pops and juicy tangerine, citrus, more melon, little cantaloupe and honey dew. Surprised at how nicely the melon comes through on the taste. Little generic stone fruit, hint of fruity bubblegum, background tropical like, dry finish, Flashes of bitterness lingers after.
M - Mouthfeel is typical Tree House fluffy carbonation and thicker body, alcohol hidden well
O - Overall this was a pretty darn solid DIPA with good fruit notes that never transition over to spicy hops. I like it.

Canned 1/18/19, opened 2/13/19.
Look (4.75): A beautiful hazy orange yellow honey colored with a light foamy one finger head.
Smell (?): Not overpowering, but a very pleasant juicy scent underlined with some crisp hops (did not record score)
Taste (4.5): a bit piney and citrusy
Feel (?): light-medium body. very smooth (did not record score)
Overall (4.5): Can't believe it's 8.1% and that smooth. Could pass as 6%.
