Curiosity Sixty Two finds us experimenting with the reasonable limit of hop loads in both the kettle and dry hop. It utilizes the most substantial hop charge in our history, resulting in a beer that is intensely fruity, with sharp balancing bitterness that quenches your thirst and entices the next sip. We taste and smell fruit loops, tropical fruit leather, and tang balanced by a deliberate and satisfying bitterness. This beer is not messing around as it coats the palate with fruity, modern hop nourishment. A landmark Curiosity, indeed - intended to be savored and enjoyed with friends and family alike.

Canned on April 4, 2019; consumed on May 2, 2019. So about 28 days old.
A: Poured into one of those tallish specialty IPA glasses. Body is definitely hazy and juicy in looks - goldenrod yellow turning slightly orange when backlit. Small white head on top.
S: Really nice nose of sweeter tropical fruit - ripe melon, papaya, mango and a touch of pineapple rind.
T: Follows the nose, with juicy sweet tropical fruit - mango, melon and pineapple juice.
M: Juicy, low carbonation. Call it medium in heft, maybe a little heavier.
O: Excellent. Big-time juicy and fruity.
