For this curious exploration into the art and science of Tree House hoppy beers, we revisited the process from Curiosity Fifty Nine and tried a number of tweaks related to the time, temperature, and volume of the dry hop, as well as the cold conditioning time in attempt to elevate the body alongside a tremendously juicy flavor profile. The result is a standalone beauty, featuring nectar-like qualities with an aroma of fruit stripe gum and a flavor featuring dense notes of peach, pulpy fruit juice, mango, pineapple, and guava. It’s a mini-vacation in a can, and one we believe you will find to be a standout entry in a series that has recently found us making tremendous strides in flavor saturation, distinctiveness, and overall enjoyability.

TREE HOUSE CURIOSITY 66 6/25/19
Recent previous can art has been pleasant. This one of a frog is a bit bizarre.
Poured from the 16 oz. can into a Tree House stemmed tulip.
a; Hazy yellow/orange with an inch thick white head which receded rto thin surface foam and dense lacing.
s; Moderate citrus leaning slightly to orange pith.
t; Follows the nose with light to moderate bitterness. The dry finish gives the impression of being very nicely balanced..
m; Heavier side of medium, very good body and some carbonation tingle.
o; Yes a beaufully balanced NEIPA, extremely drinkable and pleasant..

Do you like your beers to be juicy, sweet, and fruity? I do and this rendition of Tree House's curiosity series was more than enough to meet my expectations, as it nearly exceeded them. So smooth and slick, there was a lot to like here as this might have been one of the more impressive beers that I've ever had from these guys!
My first impression of this beer wasn't that great. Yes, this looked fine to the eye as it was cloudy, peachy in hue, and topped off with just enough head to be taken seriously. Most of the lacing was in the form of a thin collar along the top of my pint glass wit a few scattered, splotchy sections lingering below that. Tons of nectar, peach, tropical fruit, and semi-turbid fruit pulp was in the nose as the taste was just as dank, turbid, and pulpy as the aroma led me to believe. Deep citrus, fruit cocktail, and dank tropical notes easily sprung out on my tongue as they never fully let go...
...even down to the last sip.
Yes, this beer claimed to be a standout and after enough time savoring and sipping this, it was apparent that this claim wasn't hyperbolic. Full of peach juice, fruit cocktail, and tropical pith, I'd easily reach for this again had I had another can on hand. Dated 5/10/19 with "THIS IS THE ONE" written above it, this was so impressive while being understated and reserved at the same time. Plenty to like here for those willing to take the time to appreciate this beer!
