Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice slightly hazy pale golden hue with a nice one finger white head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin wispy blanket.
S - Big aromas of passion fruit. The nose just explodes with it; can smell it a few feet away. Flashes of lemon and lacto along with some light cracker grains.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of tropical passion fruit. Little bit of lemon zest and lingering lacto funk. The finish is all tropical fruit with just a bit of grains to round and balance.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean though maybe the body is a bit thin.
O - Overall this was a very solid "session beer". The nose is just insanely good. Even on the last sip the passion fruit is assertive in the aroma. Excellent.
