Passion fruit & Hibiscus tart is a session beer constructed to be a refreshing, easy drinking beverage with a balanced level of acidity and a dry body. It is brewed with a significant amount of wheat in the grist bill and conditioned upon judicious doses of passion fruit and dried hibiscus flower. After conditioning for several weeks in stainless, it is imparted with a tight and spritzy carbonation. Passion Fruit & Hibiscus Tart features tongue pleasing acidity balanced by strong aromas of passion fruit, wild strawberry, tropical sweet tarts, subtle funk. It finishes cleanly, eschewing bracing sourness, with hints of white wheat and cracker malt gracing the palate. This is a thoughtfully constructed beer that is intended to be refreshing, highly flavorful, and pleasing to drink, especially on a hot day. Enjoy!

Pours an effervescent light pink, like a rose wine, ample foamy head. Aroma is passionfruit with a dose of tart funk. Flavor is tart, tangy, semi sweet with a gentle touch of passionfruit. Bright acidity that makes my mouth water. Crisp microcarbonation. Overall a delicious, fairly sessionable tart beer, I loved it, glad I bought 2 four-packs. Love the 4% above.

From a 16oz can, dated 07/29/22. ‘Drink passion.’ Served in a willi becher.
Pours a clear, pale pinkish-orange with a finger-plus of fizzy suds. The head holds up for a few seconds, leaving a barely rousable, super-slippery film of lacing. A fizzy glass of rosé.
Nose is potent stuff, sharp as a knife, not entirely appealing. Aromas of honey, medicinal herbs, and chalk.
Taste isn’t anywhere near as intense as expected. Actually, it tastes a lot like cranberry juice cocktail, moldering wheat, thin, with just a floral note in the sinuses and aftertaste.
Feel is watery and slick, thin bodied with weak, seltzer-like carbonation. A little acidic smoulder in the stomach.
Overall, meh. The strawberry iteration of Tart was much better.

Pours pinkish-red in color, clear, with 1/4 inch head. Taste is huge passion fruit, sour mix and light flower. Light bodied, high carbonation and slightly tart. I really like all the great passion fruit taste. Nice and clean. Would get this again but I prefer the apricot tart.
