a: hazy light brown/dark yellow/copper color with some pale matte orange notes. large, 2-3 finger rocky off-white head

s: orange pith, orange juice, guava, and tangy strawberry upfront. pineapple, pine, dried candied mango as well. sweet lemon, tangerine, and mild spruce tips behind that. a little bit of a crackery malt backbone with more strawberry

t: sweet mango & pineapple upfront with tangerine and simple syrup. a touch of onion & garlic behind that with pine needles and tea leaf, which provides a hint of bitterness. grapefruit and tangerine as well as lemon candy. finish has a touch of pine bitterness on the sides of the tongue and sweet hops

m: fluffy, medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation

o: ok, but very sweet. there is bitterness in here, but it's not harmonized as well as many other TH beers, the big sweetness clashes with the bitterness a bit for me. not terrible, but not they're best

Shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy pale golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave thin wisps.

S - Big aromas of juicy fruits and citrus peel, melons, grapefruit, creamy, melon, vanilla cake. Orange zest.

T - Taste is similar to the nose big zesty citrus rind big doughy vanilla cake, good almost creamy oats. Really pleasant juicy cake like elements.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy oats.

O - Overall this was a very solid dipa. Really creamy with lovely vanilla cake elements. Great can label too.

Thanks to rudzud
Big creamy head, foamy, moderate retention, fair lacing, hazy cloudy medium yellow orange colour

Nose typical tree house at first, big citrus, doughy creamy pithy wheat, flaked proteins, then tropical with passion fruit and pineapple, papaya, big mango

Taste big citrus again, orange cream, tangerine, pithy with citrus rind and a little grapefruit, into more tropical papaya, mango, little pineapple, doughy creamy malt and flaked proteins, cake batter, light bitterness

Mouth is med bod, very creamy juicy, medium carb

Overall again typical tree house but solid citrus and tropical fruit

Shared thanks to daughter Jenny picking one up on the way home for Xmas. Canned 12/18/19, tasteful and appropriate can art of Santa in his sleigh.

Another great TH NEIPA with great tropical fruit flavor. No fir tea notes noted, perhaps because the three hops and the mango additive overpowered it. Would not mind seeing one with juniper or some other pine flavor, I miss the old Sam lager version.

Pours hazy, caution light yellow in color with one inch head. Taste is apricot, pine, mango. Bitter with decent sweetness in the background, medium low carbonation, light bodied. Makes for one of the most mango forward beers I've had in a while. Would get again. Unique.

Wow - really something to behold. The pitchy quality is unabashedly fantastic. Pine on the nose, pine on the tongue and pine on the linger. Christmas in a can indeed

Don’t read TH’s description decent IPA from TH but certainly does not live up to the description on the label. It’s fine but I would not wait in line for it. 4.25 overall is generous-they make great beers but need to rein in their hyped descriptions.
