Over the years we have quietly and assiduously worked in the background to assemble a wealth of knowledge, recipes, and a deep understanding of historical styles that we did not yet have the physical infrastructure to pursue on a commercial scale concomitantly with our core product offerings - until now. These beers are almost a decade in the making, and it is with great excitement and palpable joy that we are now able to share them with you.

Dreamer carefully adheres to stylistic guidelines; it is a traditional rendition of a hefeweizen that is sure to quench your thirst on a warm spring day.

It is meticulously crafted to style and heightened through dutiful utilization of the advanced process controls of our modern brewhouse. An extended mash program and a careful fermentation profile yields a delightfully hazy beer with a rising, rocky white head. We taste ripe banana, spicy clove, a hint of bubble gum, doughy malts, and a kiss of earthy hops wrapped up in an extraordinarily creamy mouthfeel. Dreamer an absolutely pleasure to drink.

Beers that command your attention are a wonderful thing. Beers that can fade into the background as a complementary unspoken companion to celebratory moments in life are also a wonderful thing and deserve to be held in equally high esteem. We are immensely proud of this beer - We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Slightly hazy medium yellow color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of malt, banana, clove and lightly scented floral hops.

Tastes richly malty with clove seasoned banana. Refreshingly tart without being overly so. Pretty full flavor for a Hefe.

Medium full texture with balancing carbonation.

Very good example of a home grown Hefeweizen.

Can poured into pint glass at home. Thanks, Dave! A few months old. Head disappeared quickly. Get the banana/bubble gum but not full-bodied bready.

Poured on 8/15/2022 from a 16oz can that was purchased at the brewery on 8/14/2022 into a tulip glass.

A: The beer is a bright light yellow color, with a large foamy white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick but spotty lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains bananas, wheat, some spice, light caramelized malts and a touch of hops.

T: The taste starts out sweet with strong flavors of bananas, some citrus and some spice. Then some breadiness comes in from wheat and a light malt character for the style. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.

M: Very crisp and extremely smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean for the style.

O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, mild kick, very good representation of style, this is an excellent beer to drink for a very long time if you’re in the mood for the style.

L - pours clear, pale gold. Neat effect as condensation forms on the outside of the glass, like fog settling on a sunrise. White, crackling head that starts tall and slowly dissipates into a fingernail layer of foam.

S - heavy on the spices. Clove, allspice, nutmeg. Bit of potpourri with a rather festive aura about it.

T - mature white grape and lemon. Warm banana bread. Spicy and refreshing. Peppered with the right amount of clove to balance. Finish is musky and vaguely sticky, begging another sip.

F - smooth and creamy like a hefe should be, but with an added electric zest to the carbonation to keep things interesting.

O - strays a touch from "traditional" in the hefe category, but in a good way, a notion no stranger to Tree House. Call it a more "exciting" hefeweizen than the stuffy variety of German yore.

The pour yeilds two full fingers of bright white foam, settles down quickly to a surface dusting, the lacing forms like soapy tub residue, decent stick. Transparent golden hay hued liquid with a mild haziness, a random scattering of sluggish bubbles visible. Very grainy nose with a large dose of bubblegum and wheat germ, the pepperiness, clove and dry white citrus pulling up the rear, light earthiness, solid core of peach to apricot fruit scents, pleasing lift. Medium-bodied, restrained mouth entry blossoms into a lot more spiciness than displayed in the nose. Carbonation is average, would have preferred a little more prickle. Overall dryness tends to play down the bubblegum but you do get that banana alongisde the orchard fruit. Kept waiting for more grainy bite or a metallic edge. Trying to find words "ripe" came to mind. Can be improved upon but true to type. (Canned 8/2/21)

Canned 8/2/21. “My eyes are open” stamped on the bottom of the can

It’s really funny to me, watching Tree House take on a classic style. I’ve only had a few of their more traditional beers, and most have been quite good. I love a good hefe, so I’m wondering what kind of personal flair they managed to add to this old world style. Let’s find out

Pours a cloudy glowing gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that quickly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing. This is a style that usually looks great, so I’m not sure what’s going on here

However, in the nose, they’ve managed to add a nice citrusy tartness to the classic style notes. I’m picking up on aromas of firm banana, wheat bread, orange juice, toasted grain, and a touch of coriander. Sinple, but really nice

Oh, that’s kinda different in taste, starting off with their own twist before settling into a familiar territory. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting lemon peel, lime juice, earthy wheat, crackery malt, and very light banana. The swallow brings notes of of overripe banana, grassy hops, orange rind, toasted grain, coriander, and wheat bread

A light medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in a very crisp beer for a style that is usually a bit more slick. Finishes very dry with a light tartness that persists throughout the aftertaste

This is nontraditional, but it is very nice for what it is. TH can definitely make good beers of any style, I just wish they would make more of them. Tree House rauchbier, anyone?

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich for about thirteen dollars. My one hundred and seventieth brew from these guys. Not my favorite style, but well done.

Well executed for the style. Very refreshing. Cloves and banana with yeast and dough. Balanced beer with perfect amount of carbonation.
