Force of Will is a Tree House Double IPA brewed with tropical blend of American hops propelled by a honed-in process paired with our house yeast.
Every so often a beer comes through the brewery that marks a seminal moment of progress in both spirit and outcome; in 2019, this beer was Very GGGreennn. So far in 2020, Force Of Will marks a heightened standard across the board for us.
Drawing on the hyper-focus imparted by our current circumstances, the mouthfeel, body, hop density, and flavor-saturation of Force of Will are tremendously amplified.
Pouring a glowing orange color in the glass, it carries a richness and juiciness about it that finds a new gear in our innovative IPA repertoire. Notes of heavy citrus, peach nectar, mango puree, and pineapple juice grace the palate, carried by a supple and full mouthfeel. It is a hopeful beverage , indeed - Enjoy!

Canned a month ago.
L -- Deep amber orange body with a finger of sudsy off-white head produced with moderately aerated pour. Less retention than I'm used to in a Tree House beer
S -- Orange juice, mango sorbet, yellow peach, bready malts. Nice but a bit nondescript
T -- Yellow peach, apricot, guava, red grapefruit, creamy fairly sweet malt bill, and a decent resinous bitterness throughout
F -- More oily and hop saturated than most TH offerings, more in line with the Sap series
O -- Not sure I'd put this anywhere near the same level of Very Gggreennn, but still pretty decent

One month old. Can to wine glass.
Look: Pours a full and hazy dark orange with a pillowy white head that leaves a lot of lacing. No floaters.
Smell: Hoppy and malty with notes of tangerine, mango and papaya.
Taste: Ripe tropical fruits. Mango, pineapple and papaya are all there. Peach as well. The sweet and fruity notes are nicely balanced by a heavy bitterness and a dry and tickling finish.
Feel: Full and juicy. Medium carbonation. Sharp without being overly zesty. Long lasting, warming finish.
Overall: Somehow a typical Tree House without the typical Tree House flavors. While the smell still shows some citrusy hints, tastewise this is a heavy tropical punch in your face. Malty and hoppy. Sweet and bitter. Everything's so intense, it's almost a bit overpowering. Great beer though.

16 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a large fluffy head. Great retention and lacing - typical TH NEIPA look. Aroma and flavor feature juicy tropical fruit, green mango, and papaya with a sumptuous wheat malt base. Mouthfeel is full and smooth with medium carbonation. Overall it's a great (D)NEIPA.

16 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of lots of orange and pineapple. Booze. Tastes of sweet pale malt, orange, earthy bitter yeast flavors. Pretty heavy and sweet. Sweetness cuts the acidity of the hops. It's ok.

I agree with everything that TH wrote on the can. I really think they are reasonably objective when they put their thoughts on thier cans.

Sweet pineapple juicy tropical hoppy, orange-tangerine citrus, and hint of dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a malty sweet, fruity hoppy, hint of citrus bitter finish. Soft and enjoyable to drink.

Canned 5/19/21.
L: Pours an opaque orange with a short creamy head that sticks around. Lovely thick lacing.
S: Ripe orange and peach. A bit of melon.
T: More orange, peach, and melon. Some pineapple. Finishes with a drying bitterness. The 8.5% ABV is well-hidden.
F: Medium mouthfeel, much lighter than it looks. Appropriate carbonation.
O: Intensely tropical and hoppy. Supremely enjoyable.
