Notes:
Walk in the Sun is a celebratory Double IPA brewed to mark my and Lauren’s sixth wedding anniversary. It aspires to be a beer worthy of enjoying on a special occasion while walking alongside the ocean with the late afternoon sun on your face. Brewed with heavy doses of Strata, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops and fermented with our House yeast, Walk In The Sun pours a glowing yellow color in the glass and emits flavors and aromas of clementine juice, sunny tangerines, ripe pineapple, and kiwi. We invite you to share it with those you love while you enjoy the most important, though sometimes taken-for-granted life moments.

Opaquely hazy bright orange-ish with an excellent white head that laces down the glass. Juicy tropical and citrus aromas in the nose with an undertone of balancing malts. Well rounded nose, not blowing doors down but very pleasant. In the flavor, citrus and juicy tropical sweetness up front followed by a peppery and bitter but balancing hop flavor. Then there's a huge wonderful burst of tangerine that surprises in the back end and is absolutely the highlight of the experience. All of this is nestled into a creamy mouth feel that fits the style and this particular beer very well. This is a well crafted and well rounded beer and was a pleasure to sip on.

Canned 9/17/20, tasted 11/4/20. A very yummy DIPA. Within the most recent batch of TH beers I procured, I liked Seven and Brighter than Starlight better, but this was very good. Beautiful golden orange look with a lot of tasty foam. Appetizing pine and fruit aroma, and a nicely balanced taste, with citrus and melon, and a kiwi flavor is noticeable as well. The feel wasn't anything to write home about, but was still very smooth and had a touch of chewiness to it. Solid beer!

Pours a hazy dirty straw color with a half finger of head. The nose has citrusy notes but it is not terribly pungent. In contact to the nose, the citrus notes in the flavor are quite bright. The bitterness is fairly modest and the body is quite light for the abv.

by Cubatobaco from Virginia
A - Deep, hazy, golden body that fades to a translucent rim and a frothy white head. Generous lacing.
S - heavy citrus notes, mainly mango and grapefruit with a few bread notes. Light hoppines.
T - Bavarian hops really shine through. Pine and grapefruit flavors that linger to lemon note.
F - light bitterness with a refreshing crisp
O - not your run of the mill TH offering aside from the look. Low rating from others because it's not a haze bros beer. Well made and definitely one I'd drink a lot of if I lived near by.

Picked-up a few cans as part of a mixed case @ Tree House Brewery in Charlton. My one hundred and seventh brew from these guys. This is very good, doesn't stand out from the dozens of other TH DIPAs.
