Juice Project - Citra + GalaxyJuice Project - Citra + Galaxy
Notes: Utilizing our transformative Juice Project approach, Juice Project Citra + Galaxy showcases this legendary pairing in an exciting and delicious new way.

Featuring the most substantial dry-hop of any Tree House beer to date, the overall hop volume is actually reduced in comparison to beers of similar stature. The result is staggeringly juicy with minimal bitterness and potent notes of overripe pineapple, juicy citrus, and sweet passionfruit. It’s an unabashed juice bomb - enjoy!

L - pours a milky haze out of the glass like a river of flowing hop puree. Pale yellow with an orange glow. Big floofy head that looks like cake. Some pretty serious sticktion from this lacing.

S - earthy, herbal, and bright. Mixture of grassy dry hops and smooth tropical fruit a la underripe mango, pineapple, and apricot. Maybe a splash of OJ.

T - strong hop presence up front and pervades throughout the entirety of each sip. The hop curtain is draped over thick, creamy flavors of pineapple sherbet, orange cream, and musky grape. The flat fruitiness of passionfruit makes an appearance along with the accompanying tartness which blends well with the overarching tangy bitterness. Finish is dry, lightly fruity, and zesty.

F - thick and full-bodied. Not syrupy, but fills the mouth with a satisfying saturation that is impossibly creamy. Mild chalkiness from the dry hops, but done tastefully to enhance the thiccness.

O - galaxy and citra form a fantastic combination of hops. Great balance between the juice and an onslaught of hops. Elegantly crafted, showing great skill and maturity from the Tree House team.

16oz can served in a stemmed Grimm glass. Received as a "thank you" retaliation beer from @WunderLlama in BIF #14. Dated 09/09/21.

Pours a creamy pale yellow with a huge and overflowing head that slowly settles into about two fingers of stiff foam. Smell is resin, sharp citrus zest.

Taste is softer than I expected from the sharp aroma. Resin and citrus zest are definitely still there and definitely still prominent, but softened by something kind of creamy. I get a little bit of a tropical flavor somewhere between mango and pineapple, too.

Mouthfeel is not heavy, but thick, rich, with that little bit of chalky grittiness that I occasionally get (and often enjoy) in NEIPAs. Overall, this is a very nice beer.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, orange gold in color with one third inch head. Taste is big melon, white grape, and orange juice. Medium heavy body, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet. This is amped up Very Green without the heaviness of Very Gggreennn. Super smooth and Dialed in. A treat to drink.

This is the first of the Juice Project series that I have had. Wow what a great introduction! Galaxy is such a great hop. Another home run from Tree House!

Quite enjoyable. Extremely cloudy yellow with fluffy head and lacing. Really interesting looking. Notes of pineapple, mango, and orange on the nose. Slightly dank, juicy, and clean. Tangy pineapple and mango notes on the taste. Medium bodied, mildly mouth watering, definite boozy presence. Better than rated. Tree House is the shit.
