Nine years of hard work. Nine years of refinement. Nine years of the perpetual struggle to get it right. Tree House has outwardly evolved in the last nine years, but our spirit remains entirely unchanged - we are a small team that desires to bring you the best-tasting beverages in the most comfortable and jovial environment possible. We will never relent from the earnest endeavor to improve each day. Your support affords us that privilege, and we are genuinely grateful for that. Thank You.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich recently for about twenty two dollars. My one hundred and eighty ninth brew from these guys. This was good, middle-of-the-pack as far as newer DIPAs for me.

Purchased at TH, should have bought more. This is phenomenal, super soft with zero hop burn, gentle hop aroma with no grass/cheese. One of the most drinkable ipas i had this year

Pours a completely opaque, thick, light orange color. Thick, pillowy white head forms on the beer before slowly receding leaving behind a gradually sagging hill of foam on top of the beer. Lots of sticky white lacing coats the beer glass as the beer is consumed. Aroma has notes of citrus, peach, mango, tangerines, and a certain green grassiness on the nose. The aroma implies a certain sweetness - so I'm expecting this one to be sweet.
Taste has notes of green grass, peach, mango, tangerine, with a definite white bread/biscuit malt backbone in the flavor profile. While its definitely got some sweetness to it, the grassy bitterness is surprisingly, but relatively, pronounced right up front in the profile. That ultimately provides a balancing contrast to the sweetness. The bitterness is balanced and pleasant. Feel is medium to full bodied, almost creamy. Carbonation is smooth, with a slight prickliness.
Overall this is a very well done and quite good NE-DIPA from Tree House. I always appreciate how they avoid ever letting their NE style IPAs get too sweet or lose any semblance of bitterness - and this beer is an excellent example of that.
