6 weeks old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a hazy dark yellow with a pillowy white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Some floaters visible in the bottom third of the glass.
S: Milky orange ice cream with grassy and somehow herbal hoppy hints.
T: Not as fruity as it smells. Some tropical notes, some notes of candied citrus fruits. Very hoppy. Grassy and a bit vegetal. Medium sweetness, slightly zesty and a bitter and dry finish.
F: Full and creamy. Medium carbonation. Slightly sharp.
O: Would have expected something completely different. Something juicier and (citrus) fruitier. This one‘s very hoppy with mostly bitter, grassy notes. Hints of sweet tropical fruits are also there, but rather in the background. Clearly TH, just not as good as most of their IPAs.

While an excellent overall NE-style IIPA, overall this one falls a bit short for Tree House. The Citra expression on the palate is almost all tropical, in particular melon and mango. The result is that it's a little bit lacking in depth, complexity, and balance. Mouthfeel is impressively smooth and creamy.

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 3/01/22. Pours a very hazy yellow with a solid finger plus sticky white that leaves a thin wall of lace, with exceptional retention. 4.75
Aroma is passionfruit, tangerine, papaya, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows passionfruit, tangerine, papaya, and apricot. 4.5
Mouthfeel is above average, not sticky or dry, maybe a tad too little carbonation, and at 8.7% it goes down very easy. 4.25
Overall another excellent NEDIPA from one of the best at brewing this style. 4.25

16oz. can into a Founders snifter.
This one actually pours decent. Frothy, rich, thick 1.5 finger white head that sticks around. Color is hazy but bright, almost fluorescent. Nose is citrus, cane sugar, starfruit. Super bright, aromatic, and pungent. Like citrus fruit at peak ripeness. Beer opens soft. Pillowy and bright citrus notes of orange and clementine. I get starfruit and pineapple in the middle. More clementine with some cane sugar and sweet cream. FInish is some strawberry, grapefruit, and more orange. A nice bitterness in the finish. Body is light with moderate to ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate but not aggressive. Soft and fluffy on the finish with a dry aftertaste. Super drinkable.
This one's great!

Look - love the can art work! Also the beer looks great, milky thick yellowish color with a great white head and lacing
Smell - citra orange tangerine with a slight oat smell
Taste - pretty much the same as the smell
Feel - medium body with a lighter carb
Overall - really nice tasty beer

Pours dirty blonde/orange, with good head retention. It is popping with citrus fruit aroma, getting a lot of tangerine and clementine. It has a lot of that fruit candy, pink Starburst flavor. It kind of reminds me of Julius, to be honest, but less lean and nimble. The added body allows for the more sweetness to work with the hops. This definitely has a classic Tree House mouthfeel, characterized by its softness and flesh roundedness. There's a touch of soapiness or kind of a muted clovey ester phenol note in there as well. This is a really nice IPA but I am not sure it is the best or most saturated featuring of Citra that I've had, either.
